Automechanika Buenos Aires was first launched in 2000 and it still holds its position as the most important event in the Argentine automotive industry. It has established itself as the most prominent event in Spanish-speaking South America.
On October 11-14 this year, it comes back Automechanika Buenos Aires, the leading international exhibition in Argentina of services for the automotive and spare parts industry, aimed at professional visitors from South America. More than 600 brands already booked their booth and more than 22000 visitors are expected. Numerous international exhibitors from Germany, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, the United States, India, Japan, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Romania, Turkey, among others, will be present.
As a part of this expected meeting of the automotive industry, many german companies will be able to present their services and products at the German Pavillion under the brand "Made in Germany". This action recognizes the local and regional market as the key to make business in the European country.
What will you discover in this edition? Among other trends, it will exhibit the latest advances in Artificial Intelligence; 4.0 applied technology; bodies; parts and components; electronics and systems; accessories for vehicles and customization; repair and maintenance, workshop and dealer management, vehicle wash and care.
In its 11th edition, the exhibition will present conferences on several topics of interest to the spare parts industry and the 8th International Matchmaking Program of Spare Parts Buyers. With the collaboration of the Association of Argentine Components Manufacturers (AFAC), Automechanika Buenos Aires will develop a new seminar with the presence of automotive value chain members, national and provincial officials and important colleague business entities.

German Pavilion
The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) decides on, and supports, official participations in the Federal Republic of Germany's international trade fairs and exhibition programme. In addition to policy and budgetary issues, the active involvement in the presentation of Germany at international fairs and exhibitions is of prime importance. In a constant dialogue with private-sector partners, the division for international / national trade fairs and exhibitions of the ministry backs the export activities of German industry on international markets.
Furthermore, the "fairs and exhibitions division" is concerned with planning and implementing German participation in world expositions abroad and with major political issues regarding fairs and exhibitions in Germany.
The AUMA - Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, represents the interests of the trade fair industry on a national and international level in dealings with parliament, ministries, authorities and other organisations.
The association organises the official German trade fair programme abroad in close cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
As part of this programme, the Federal Government provides financial assistance for German participations at foreign events, but also for independent presentations by German industry abroad.
